Meditation Help for Those Who Hate to Meditate
Meditation… you either love it or you don’t.
Most people won’t say they hate it, but they can’t really get into the process either. You try it for a few days, and then, well, that’s it! (Sound familiar?)
I actually do meditate in the traditional way. But I also have a special meditation technique that I use when I don’t have the time to sit down and close my eyes and sit with my back straight up.
